How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

To keep prices low and our vast selection of products available, many are made when ordered. Production can take as little as 2-3 days or as long as 7-10 days depending on the product, as some are more complex and time intensive to create than others. 

Our full line will be available in Spring 2020 and will have shorter turnaround times.

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time, we cannot add or remove items from your order. 

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?

However, Euforeia wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you have an issue, we happily offer easy returns.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All International orders are priced in US dollars and shipped via USPS International. USPS works in conjunction with local postal services around the world to deliver packages to their final destination. While many packages make it to their final destination without issues, we are not responsible once the package lands in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation. The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to check with their country's Customs Office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your package is seized by Customs Officials for any reason whatsoever, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your Customs Office, as we cannot advise you about your country's customs policies.  

PREPAID RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day the order was placed
  • Items must be new and unworn/unwashed
  • Include your original invoice
  • Indicate items you would like to return
  • Check your return form for accuracy
  • Return your items using the prepaid shipping label provided
  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package

  • Ship your package with your choice of shipper. To insure we receive your return/exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $7.00 or 25% of the cost of returned goods (whichever is greater). 

EXCHANGES

Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return the original item for a refund.
